You will move assets or drivers into a decommissioned site the exact same way you move these into a regular site. No special permissions are required for a decommissioned site.
Please note that adding drivers or assets to a decommissioned site does not change the state of the asset or driver. Drivers can still use a plug to identify themselves and will be linked to trips. If you want to completely deactivate a driver or an asset, you need to delete the driver or decommission the asset.
Permission: You will need the "Assets - update" and/or "Drivers - update" permission.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Organization groups.
- In the right-hand panel, click on the site that contains the assets or drivers that need to be moved.
- Now select the assets or drivers by checking the box next to the names if you want to move multiple.
- Click on the square next to the entity or click next to the description to select all.
- Drag and drop the selected to the new required site.
- Confirm that this is correct by clicking move.
