- Click Monitor.
- Under Electric Vehicles, click Operations.
- You will see the assets' state of charge in the Analytics panel. There is a 5-minute refresh on the SoC.
The round donut chart (1) shows the number of electric assets and their state of charge:
0-19% - red
20-59% - amber
60-100% - green
No battery status - blue
- Click any part of the chart to filter the lists below and the maps accordingly. Click the same section again to remove the filter.
Note: The donut chart (1) shows the total number of EV fleet assets (in trip and out of trip) divided into red, amber, green and blue according to the state of charge. These will indicate the same total of assets as in the two panels below.
The icons showing battery capacity (2) indicate either assets below 20% or assets above 80%. Anything assets between the 20 and 80 values are not shown and will therefore not match the totals in chart 1.
The assets that are charging / not charging as shown in 3 only apply to assets that are parked and will therefore not include the total assets in graph 1 and/or 2.
- Click the icon again to deselect and clear the filter to view all your EV assets on the screen.
- Export these assets by clicking the export icon at the top of the Assets in trip or Assets out of trip panel:
Note: an "empty" battery icon displayed in the same color as the text with a dash next to it means the system has not received a battery reading. This is different from a zero reading where the system knows that the battery is in fact at 0% where it will be indicated and displayed in red.
