Permission: You will need the "Organization Goals" permission to access this feature.
Admin users can enable the fleet utilization chart for the organization. If any of the other organization goals have been activated, the Fleet Utilization & driver identification compliance goal and chart will be available by default.
By actively managing your fleet utilization and unidentified driving you will be able to make more informed decisions around fleet acquisition and resizing decisions as well as lower your risk associated with unidentified driving which impacts your safety profile and operational costs.
- Click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Organization goals.
- Scroll down to the Fleet utilization & driver identification compliance goal block and click Activate to enable this chart.
- Choose if you want to define utilization based on trips by distance and/or engine hours by selecting the relevant box:
- For distance you can either include all trips or exclude trips with a distance of fewer than 5 miles. You can also exclude personal or private trips. These are trips classified as personal on trip classification under organization settings.
- For engine hours you can include all trips or exclude trips shorter than 5 minutes. You can also exclude personal or private trips.
