- Click Manage. (Speak to your administrator if you do not have permission to this tab.)
- Under User Settings, click Personal settings.
- Ensure that the tab Personal Details is displayed.
- Click Change username
- Enter a new username - please note that this must be a valid email address that you have access to.
- Confirm your current password.
- Click change.
An email will be sent to the entered email address to verify your new username. The username change will only take effect following this confirmation.
