- Click Measure, on the main menu at the top.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Lists reports under report category.
Overview
This produces a report of all assets and their details. This report is laid out in card format and there is a table of contents on the left-hand side which allows you to easily find the asset you are looking for.
This report reads from Active Data.
Users
- This report is mostly used by Fleet managers to manage asset information.
Columns
Default
- Asset ID
- Registration No.
- (Asset) Description
- Site Name
- Unit Type - installed mobile device, e.g. MiX4000, FM 3607i/3617i, Teltonika, etc.
- Last Trip - date and time
- Odometer End value in selected units of measure
Optional
- Additional Asset Details - this column will display all the additional fields that have been configured in organization settings, but only if they have been completed in the asset details screen.
- Additional Mobile Device
- Arming Delay - the length of time (in seconds) the vehicle must be inactive before a trip ends and the unit re-arms. If the ignition is switched on again, within the arming delay period, the trip will not be ended, and the normal standing delay rules will apply. Read Trip and sub-trip explanation for more information.
- Asset Identification Number
- Asset Notes - display notes that were entered when the asset was created.
- Asset Type - e.g. light delivery vehicle, heavy vehicle - non-articulated as selected when the asset was created.

- Configuration Group
- Current Asset status - e.g. available, decommissioned, etc.
- Custom Group
- Default Driver Name - if no default driver has been assigned to the asset, the column will be blank.

Additional settings
- Enter the number of days since the last download. If a value is entered, the report will only show the assets that have not downloaded any data for the entered amount of days, e.g. 5 days since last download.

Filter asses with means either show all assets or choose from the dropdown list to show only assets with:
- Expired licenses
- Expired roadworthy
- Licenses due for renewal
- Roadworthy due for renewal
- The Filter asset on services dropdown allows you to select to show all assets with service information; no services on record; those with service due; or service overdue.
- If you choose "Service due" or "Service overdue", you can specify the number of days they are overdue in the View Services by duration dropdown and specify the distance overdue in the View service by distance dropdown list:
