Permission: Your organization needs to be enabled for the HOS feature and you will need access to the Hours of Service module to access this dashboard.
View the Rejected edits chart to view the number of edits that were rejected by HOS drivers who were active (had trips in the past 30 days). This chart displays data as far back as 6 months.
This chart is only relevant and available when the organization is making use of an ELD-enabled rule set.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Hours or Service, click HOS dashboard.
- Scroll down to the REJECTED EDITS chart.
- The number of rejected edits will be shown at the top.
- You will see the sites containing rejected edits, sorted from the most rejected edits to the least. Hover over a site bar to view the number of drivers in that site with rejected edits.
- Click on the specific bar representing a site to view the drivers with rejected edits.
- Each bar will represent a driver with rejected edits.
- Click View Edits to open a list of the rejected edits.
- Click on the date or number of rejected edits to go to the Log Viewer for more details.
- Export the chart to PDF, CSV or Excel, which will show your data in rows, or PDF which will export an image version of the chart by clicking on the export icon at the top.
- You can view the cart in full-screen size, by clicking the button at the top:
