Permission: Your organization needs to be enabled for the HOS feature and you will need access to the Hours of Service module to access this dashboard.
View the Log certification chart to identify gaps where logs have not been declared for HOS drivers who were active (had trips in the past 30 days). Note that log = 1 day.
This chart is only relevant and available when the organization is making use of an ELD-enabled rule set.

- You can view the number of logs that have not been certified by a driver by choosing between 3,5,7 or 8 logs. The default is 8.
- You can also view the chart according to how many days old the uncertified logs are, e.g. uncertified logs older than 3, 5, or 7 days. The default is 5.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Hours or Service, click HOS dashboard.
- Scroll down to the LOG CERTIFICATION chart.
- Choose if you want to see the number of logs not certified, or the uncertified logs older than a certain amount of days by clicking the settings icon and choosing the relevant options.
- Click Apply.
- View the percentage of drivers that are compliant in green and the percentage of drivers not compliant in red.
- Click on the donut chart to view additional information. This will let you view the sites containing the drivers with uncertified logs.
- Click on the specific bar representing a site to view the drivers whose logs are not certified.
- Hover over any of the bars representing a driver to view the uncertified logs or to show the driver on the HOS log viewer or HOS timeline.
- Click the Go to HOS overview button at the top right to go to the HOS Overview page.
- Click Back at the top to go to the previous screen/chart.
- Export the chart to CSV or Excel, which will show your data in rows, or PDF which will export an image version of the chart by clicking on the export icon at the top.
