Permission: Your organization needs to be enabled for the HOS feature and you will need access to the Hours of Service module to access this dashboard.
The HOS dashboard shows the following two duty status compliance charts:
- A chart of which drivers have not updated their duty statuses since going on duty. This chart is only relevant and available when the organization is making use of an ELD-enabled rule set.
- Any active drivers (with trips in the past 30 days) with an off-duty status for more than a certain number of days.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Hours or Service, click HOS dashboard.
View all drivers that have been on duty not driving (ODND) for more than a certain hours
This chart will show the total HOS drivers at the top with horizontal bars below indicating the relevant sites with the number of drivers in each site that have not updated their duty status since going on duty. See below for more information on how to change the number of hours in the settings. This chart will only be shown for ELD users.
View all active drivers that have been off duty for more than a certain amount of days
This chart will show HOS drivers who are expected to be active (i.e. recorded a trip in the past rolling 30 days) but have not gone on duty, thus showing drivers with an off-duty status for longer than the selected number of days (3, 5, or 7 days). You will see the total count of drivers at the top with horizontal bars below indicating the relevant sites and the number of drivers in each site that have been off duty for more than the specified amount of days.
- Click on any of the bars indicating a site for a list of all the driver names in that specific site and the amount of hours/days in which they have not changed their duty status.
- A vertical line shows the number of hours/days you have selected to visually indicate how much the driver is over the selection.
- You can view the driver on the HOS overview or HOS timeline by clicking the bar showing the driver information.
