- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Dashboards.
To view KPI goal charts on your KPI dashboard, you need to set KPI goals under the Organization goals. If you haven't set any KPI goals, click the button on the top right (Note- This button will only be visible to admin users who are able to create and edit the organization goals):
- Choose the organization you want to view.
- Click the KPI goals button as shown below to view the KPI Dashboard:
- You can view all the available KPI charts or you can choose if you only want to view for instance, the Event KPI's by selecting from the dropdown list.
- Select the KPI period, e.g. annually, quarterly, monthly, or weekly.
- You can choose to view drill throughs to sites directly or you can enable the organizational levels hierarchical tree, which will allow you to drill through as per the hierarchy levels of your organization.
- Click the filter button (see example below) to reduce the number of sites or assets/drivers that should be displayed. This only works when the organization hierarchical tree is not selected.
- You can now view all the defined KPI charts. Each chart displays the previous week/month/quarter or year, the current period, and the target, which enables you to manage your KPIs easier and only focus where required.
- KPI charts are sorted from worst to best on the drill-through charts. Narratives at the top are provided to guide you on how close you are to reaching your KPI target.
Click on the image to view it in full screen if the article is open in your browser:
- Click on any of the bars to view more information. You can see which sites are performing the worst and preventing you from reaching your KPI goals. Click on the bars indicating the various sites to view the event occurrences for the worst-performing drivers.
- Hover over the bar to view more information:
- You can adjust the KPI target for a session by clicking on the settings icon.
Please note that this only changes the target for the particular session and will default back to what was set up in the organization goals feature by the global administrator. This does not overwrite the target but allows a site-level user to view KPI charts on a different level, for instance.
