If you get a message saying that your MiX Vision video clip upload has failed, you can request to retry downloading the video.
You can request high resolution (high-res) video footage or driver safety camera footage (DSM) from the video player that is displayed in Live tracking, Info hub, Historical tracking and the Trip timeline.
Note: the HR videos are not stored on the server but on the SD card of the camera and are thus requested from the device. It is therefore important that the vehicle where the camera is installed needs to be on to process the request. If the camera is not switched on there is going to be a delay in delivering the footage.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Tracking, click Live/Historical tracking - use Historical tracking if there have been no asset positions in the last 48 hours.
- View the MiX Vision AI event by clicking on the video camera icon, either by viewing the trip in Live tracking or by expanding the trip list in Historical tracking.
- Click on the Request clip download retry button on the video player.
