- Click Manage.
- Under User settings, click Personal access tokens.
- You will see a list of all the tokens that you have requested. Click here if you want to learn how to request a new personal access token.
- Look at the Status column:
Statuses
- Active- this is the status when a token is valid and within the expiry date ranges. For security reasons, you cannot click on this to view the token.
- Expired- means your personal access token has expired and this happens once the expiry date has been reached. You can click on the text "expired" which will allow you to either renew or revoke the token.
- Revoked- when a token has been revoked. These tokens are not reusable.
- Awaiting approval- indicates that the token is being reviewed. Once it is approved or denied it will change to the relevant status.
- Approved retrieve token- to inform you that the token can now be retrieved. The hyperlinked text is green and when clicked on will allow you to copy your personal access token. Warning - make sure you copy the above token before clicking on close. For security reasons, the token is not stored and you will not be able to see it again. Once clicked the status goes to Active.
- Denied- when a requested token has been denied by the token admin group. Click on the red text to view the reason. Tokens are denied due to your selection criteria not meeting the minimum specifications. Please contact your MiX representative to obtain more information and apply for a new one.
