Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Event reports under report category.
The Summary Event report gives an overview of the selected events by year and month, and will also show you the drivers or assets associated with the events. The report displays the total number of event occurrences. By hovering your mouse over an occurrence, you will see the total duration of the event. By clicking on the occurrence, you will drill through to the event detailed report which will then show you the full detail for that selection.

Standard selection
- Choose the events that you want to view in the report, by clicking the Select button.
Additional Settings
- You can choose to view the events by occurrence, duration, or occurrence and duration by selecting from the dropdown list.
- Choose to view assets by the asset description or by the asset registration number.
Columns
Default
- Occurrences: per asset/driver - the selected event names will be listed in this column.
- Asset description or registration number /drivers - listed below the event name indicating for which assets or drivers the specific event occurrences occurred.

- Duration: per asset/driver - the selected event names will be listed in this column.
- Asset description or registration number /drivers - listed below the event name indicating for which assets or drivers the specific event durations occurred.

- Relevant months as per selection - will display the number of occurrences/duration per event line. Click this number to view a detailed event report.
- Total - total number of occurrences/duration for the number of months selected.
- Trend - a graphical trend line will be displayed providing a visual of the event occurrences.
Notes:
This report reflects events that occurred for drivers or assets matching the selection criteria. Events shown are restricted to those that were selected from the reporting criteria wizard.
