This dial chart displays either a certain number of the top and bottom drivers, indicated in the various red, amber, and green categories, or the top and bottom percentages of a certain amount of drivers as indicated in the settings. The average score of the organization will be displayed below the dial.
To view a chart on your dashboard, you need to set goals under the Organization goals feature. If you haven't set any goals, click the button on the top right.
Click on the image to view it in full screen if the article is open in your browser :
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Dashboards.
- Choose the organization you want to view.
- Make sure you are on the Dashboards page.
- Select your date range by clicking on the drop-down list and then choose last month, last week, etc.
- Choose how you want to view your date selection, e.g. you can choose to view "This Quarter" in the first dropdown and then click the next drop-down list and select by month of year, etc.
- You can only view graphs by driver and the asset selection will not apply to the driver performance charts.
- Click the filter button (see example below) to choose how you want to view the groups in your organization and whether you want to reduce the number of sites or assets/drivers that should be displayed. You can also indicate how you want the results to be displayed, e.g. worst to best, etc.
Click the info icon "i" to see the difference between detailed and simplified view. Click it again to remove the information box. Detailed - This option allows you to dive deep into the chart hierarchy, providing a comprehensive and in-depth analysis. Simplified - This alternative offers a streamlined perspective, focusing solely on the highest and lowest levels of data, making it ideal for a quick and concise overview. This is available when viewing information on an organization-level.
- To only view information by sites, click the relevant option and check the boxes next to the sites you want to include in the charts (up to a maximum of 250 sites). This is available to users with site-level permissions. If you only have site-level permissions you will not be able to see the organization-level view.
9. Select the Driver Performance (Default) page from the list of dashboards or select a custom dashboard if you created one.
This chart only looks at the primary date selection i.e. last month, last quarter, etc., and displays the information aggregated for that period.
Note that if drivers do not have any recorded information for the period (i.e. no trips/distance), they will not be displayed on the chart.
- Now scroll to the DRIVER PERFORMANCE - Driver Number/% per scoring band & top/bottom range dashboard widget with the driver scoring dial.
- You can maximize the chart by clicking the expand button in the top right corner.
- Hover over the chart and click on the part of the dial that you want to zoom into for detailed information on that section. Click the Back button to return to the previous view:
- You can click the settings icon to change between seeing a percentage value or a specified number of top and bottom drivers and vice versa.
- Take a screenshot of the graph by clicking the Take a snapshot button.
- If you set KPI goals, you can view the KPI charts by clicking on the KPI Dashboards button at the top:
