A site is usually a physical location at which drivers are based and from which assets are operated. This grouping can be per region, state, department, or any other grouping that makes sense in your business.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Organization Groups.
- Look for the site that you would like to edit on the right-hand side and click on the site name to select it.
- When it is highlighted in green, click the Edit site button at the top:
- Click the HOS tab at the top to edit any Hours of Service-related settings.
- The default address for the organization (usually a head office address) will be used when generating and printing the HOS reports. The box to use the default site details when generating HOS reports is checked by default. If you want to use a regional or even local depot address, uncheck the box and you will be allowed to specify the report organization name and a report organization address.
- Enter the US DOT number, which is a mandatory field for US sites. If the site is not a US site, check the box that says "Not required for Canada site".
- Click Save.
