When you remove the OEM mobile device from an asset, the asset will automatically send an unenrollment request to the OEM.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet admin, click Assets.
- Search for the relevant asset in the list and click on the asset description or click on the downwards action arrow at the end of the row and select Edit.
- Click on the Mobile device settings tab.
- Click Remove mobile device.
Please note: Removing the OEM mobile device will unenroll the asset from the OEM data service. The status of the asset will be set to Pending unenrollment while this is taking place. The asset will be decommissioned when the unenrollment is completed.
Note that all active fault codes will be removed when decommissioning an asset.
- Check the box to remove the asset to the nominated decommissioned site and select a site from the list.
- Click Remove.
