Journey Management / Execution Manager
The automated daily clean-up service has been enhanced to now include journeys that have been abandoned in an in-progress status.
The purpose of the daily clean-up service is to address scenarios where numerous journeys were left in the draft, approved and in-progress status, and never managed in MiX Fleet Manager.
This had a negative impact on the Journey Management processing services, affecting the overall performance of the system. Many of these abandoned journeys are also linked to sites that have been deleted and as a result, became orphaned and were no longer visible in MiX Fleet Manager.
The clean-up service will run a daily check to identify journeys that have been stagnant in an in-progress status for more than 45 days, after which the journeys will be flagged as abandoned. Journeys that have been in an abandoned status for more than 45 days will be deleted. More details about abandoned journeys can be found here.

When HOS settings are configured for a site in organization groups, users can now indicate when the site is a Canadian site, so that the US DOT number is not required. When it is enabled, the US DOT number will default to "0" and the user will not be required to add any details for this field.
