- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Customers.
You will now see a list of all customers that have been added to MiX Fleet Manager.
- Filter the page by clicking on the All, Enabled, Disabled filters on the left.
- Search for a specific customer name by entering text in the filter bar at the top as shown below.
- View additional details about a customer by clicking on the green hyperlinked customer name.
From here you can:
- Add a customer
- Edit a customer
- Disable/Enable customers
- Remove customers - when a customer is removed, the record is deleted and cannot be undone.
Please note: you will require the necessary permissions to view and update customers. This applies to both accessing these records from the customer store and a location.
Permission to view Customers include permission to view and update:
- Associated Contacts
- Associated Delivery Points
- Associated Delivery Windows
- Associated Locations
