Customer Insights - Dashboard
- Users with site level permissions will now also be able to see and use the charts on the Dashboard. It is important to note that even though the organization name still displays in the Miller column at the top of the dashboard, the site level user will only be able to view the information that he/she has access to when interacting with the charts.
- Previously selected settings in the navigation area will be remembered when returning to the Dashboard after logging out and/or navigating back to the page from another feature, e.g. if a user selected to always view the charts by the last 3 months and by month of year, it will remember the selection until changed:
MiX Fleet Manager
- Users will now be able to exclude speed as a condition in the rules for movement alert and location started and location stopped server-side events. This option has been added to cater for instances where an in-trip status is the only requirement to generate the event. This feature is supported on FM units and MiX4000 and MiX6000 devices. Note however that using this exclusion is discouraged if not confirmed with our technical team in order to understand the potential implications.
Read more here on how to set up and amend server-side events.
- The onboard lines on the mobile device template for the MiX 4000 and MiX 6000 were renamed and the icons were updated. A new Bluetooth line was added, which will be used to configure the driver ID fob when it is available. MiX Techtool was updated to reflect these changes.
MiX Vision AI
- The Streamax AD Plus camera has now been integrated and can be used in MiX Fleet Manager. This will eventually replace the Streamax C6D AI device currently in use. The device has all the same features as the current device, e.g. AI events, serial number search and video data management.

Remora/Oyster/Yabby
- A new Low Battery event is available for use. When the unit reports that its internal battery is running low an event will be raised. This is different to the Internal Battery Low event which monitored an analogue input at a hardcoded 3,6V.
MiX TechTool
- The odometer and engine hours upload page has been updated to conform to the application's new look and feel. See below for an example:
- The engine hours value is now displayed the same as on MiX Fleet Manager, i.e. with two decimal places where previously it was rounded off with no decimals.
- MiX Techtool was updated to reflect the line updates as well as the new Bluetooth lines on the MiX 4000 and MiX 6000 devices.
