Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Materials Handling reports under the report category.
This report provides the user with a view of daily utilisation for either machines (engine hours) or operators (engine hours and operating hours). Flexibility is provided to users where colors can be applied to the report based on engine hours and operating hours exceeded per day. The recommended format for this report is MS Excel. The report is thus best viewed as a downloaded report in Excel due to the layout and style of the report.
Users
- Supervisors who need to monitor daily utilization of their yellow equipment.
Additional Settings
- Choose which number of daily operating hours that have been exceeded must be displayed on the report.
- Select your weekend, e.g. Friday and Saturday / Saturday and Sunday.
Columns
The red, amber and green colors on the report indicate utilization. Weekends are clearly indicated in grey.
More than 1 hour of use will show in red. Between 1 and 3 hours will be amber. More than 2 hours of use per day will be green.
A pie chart legend shows a visual representation of the active days vs. the non-active days.
A utilization breakdown summary which consists of 3 columns with the engine hours for each category is displayed after the engine hours of the last day of the selection.
An indication of how many days the machine/operator was active for the month also appears as days with trips and days without trips. These will always total to the number of days selected and relates to the pie legend.
• Site Name
• Machine Description / Operator Name
• Registration Number / Employee Number
• Utilization breakdown, comparison between the days with trips (green) and days without trips (red)
• Days of the week, the various days of the week, and the number of engine hours per day.
