- If an asset was moved to a different site and the asset is still allocated to a journey, there may be a permission conflict that does not allow certain users to view the assets on all sites. Without relevant permissions you will no longer see the journey.
Before moving an asset to a different site, ensure that the asset is not allocated to a journey. If there are journeys attached, make sure they are completed or cancelled before moving the asset.
- If a site containing active journeys was deleted, the journeys will be orphaned and no longer visible in MiX Fleet Manager.
Before deleting a site, make sure there are no active journeys by cancelling, removing or completing any of the journeys.
Also remember that only journeys in an approved, in progress and completed status will be displayed on the journey monitoring timeline.
