- The planned end location for the journey was never reached, therefore not recording a location entry to trigger the arrival.
- The journey started but was abandoned and did not update after a certain number of stops were made.
What happens if my journey does not automatically complete?
- Any other approved journeys for the allocated asset will not be able to start, even if the journeys do not overlap.
- The in-progress journey will continually be processed until the journey is either canceled or manually completed.
Solutions:
- Manually complete the journey to free up the allocated asset, either by clicking on the journey in the monitoring screen or via MiX Integrate.
