MiX Fleet Manager
Security enhancements have been made to the MiX Fleet Manager login. The minimum length requirement for new passwords have been increased to at least 12 characters. This will apply to new account passwords and reset passwords. The system will now verify the provided password against a password blacklist, preventing the use of common passwords or passwords that are easy to guess.

Journey Management
An automated daily clean-up service has been added to Journey Management to address scenarios where large amounts of journeys were abandoned in draft or approved status and never managed in MiX Fleet Manager. This had a negative impact on the Journey Management processing services affected overall performance of the system. Many of these abandoned journeys are also linked to sites that have been deleted and as a result became orphaned and were no longer visible in MiX Fleet Manager.
The clean-up service will run a daily check to identify journeys that have been stagnant in draft and approved status for more than 45 days, after which the journeys will be flagged as abandoned. Journeys that have been in an abandoned status for more than 45 days will be deleted. More details about abandoned journeys can be found here.

MyMiX
Fleet managers will be able to activate the MyMiX Driver ID feature for drivers to use in the mobile applications. This feature was specifically added for Vision AI standalone and OEM assets where drivers are not able to identify themselves on the onboard computer (OBC).
This will thus enable drivers to search for and assign themselves to an OEM or MiX Vision AI standalone assets using the MyMiX mobile application. Once selected, they will be the designated driver for the asset until the end of that trip. At the end of the trip, the driver will default back to none.
