A diagnostic event, called "Configuration loss detected" can been set up for use on the MiX 2000/2310i, MiX 4000, and MiX 6000 devices.
The event can be added to the event template in order to monitor edge cases where units lose their settings and/or config.
When triggered, the event is set to record and generates an active message so it can be used for event notifications and will also appear in Historical Tracking, Trip timeline, and relevant reports.
This is a notification event that is sent both actively and passively. You can set up an event notification to notify you when this event occurs.
Please note: when this event is triggered it is important to compile and upload a config to the unit as without config and settings the unit will stop recording trips and events.
