The purpose of this report is to use the data for managing customer delivery performance from a contractual perspective

Summary table
Total Stops = Sum of Sequence column.
- Stops Hit = Sum of ticks in the Hit column.
o Arrival = Sum of ticks in the Hit column.
o Arrival % = Stop Arrival Hits/Total Stops.
o Departure = Sum of Departure Time: Actual column where it is not null.
o Departure % = Stop Departure Hits/Total Stops - Number of Stops on Time (Between - x minutes and x minutes).
o Arrival = Sum of ticks in Arrival Time:Hit on Time column .
o Arrival % = Arrival Stops on Time/Total Stops.
o Departure = Sum of Departure Time:Hit On Time ticks.
o Departure % = = Departure Stops on Time/Total Stops. - Number of Stops Early (< - x minutes)
o Arrival = Sum of stops where the Actual Arrival Time - Planned Arrival Time is less than - x min.
o Arrival % = Arrival Stops Early/Total Stops.
o Departure = Sum of stops where the Actual Departure Time - Planned Departure Time is less than - x min.
o Departure % = Departure Stops Early/Total Stops. - Number of Stops Late (> x minutes)
o Arrival = Sum of stops where the Actual Arrival Time - Planned Arrival Time is greater than + x min.
o Arrival % = Arrival Stops Late/Total Stops.
o Departure = Sum of stops where the Actual Departure Time - Planned Departure Time is greater than + x min.
o Departure % = Departure Stops Late/Total Stops. - Average Time Difference (minutes)
o Arrival = sum(absolute value(Actual Arrival Time - Planned Arrival Time))/Total Arrival Stop Hits.
o Departure = sum(absolute value(Actual Departure Time - Planned Departure Time))/Total Departure Stop Hits. - Number of Turns Around Times on Time (Between - x minutes and x minutes)
o TAT = Sum of ticks in Turn Around Time: TAT on Time column.
o TAT % = Stops TAT On-Time/(Sum TAT: Actual column rows which have an Actual time entry). - Number of Turn Around Times Early (< - x minutes)
o TAT = Sum of stops where the Actual TAT - Planned TAT is less than - x min.
o TAT % = Stops TAT Early/(Sum TAT: Actual column rows which have an Actual time entry). - Number of Turn Around Times Late (> x minutes)
o TAT = Sum of stops where the Actual TAT - Planned TAT is greater than - x min.
o TAT % = Stops TAT Late/(Sum TAT: Actual column rows which have an Actual time entry). - Average Turn Around Time Difference (min) = sum(absolute value(Actual TAT - Planned TAT))/(Sum TAT:Actual column rows which have an Actual time entry).
- Average Turn Around Time (minutes) = Sum of Actual TAT/(Sum TAT: Actual column rows which have an Actual time entry).

- Sequence - Stop sequence order in the journey. Stop 1 is always the start location.
- Asset
o Asset Registration Number

o Driver ID
o Driver Name - Delivery Location

o Customer Name
o Hit - will be flagged when there is an actual arrival time recorded for the stop. - Arrival Time
o Planned - This is the planned arrival time for the stop. Will take into account dynamic ETA adjustments.
o Actual - This is the actual arrival time recorded for the stop.
o Difference %
o Hit on Time - Departure Time
o Planned - planned journey start time. Will take into account dynamic ETA adjustments.
o Actual - actual journey start time. Will take into account dynamic ETA adjustments.
