MiX Fleet Manager
- Electric vehicle CAN data is now recorded on a trip level allowing users to view reports on the state of charge, energy consumed and energy generated, efficiency and a number of other items. This data is available for selection in the Detailed Trip Report and Daily Trip Report. This solution is currently supported on the MiX 4000 and MiX 6000 devices.

- Location Analyzer has been redesigned to cater for better analysis and more scenarios, specifically where there are larger fleets involved. Use this tool to investigate events that occurred in the past. If no location existed, you can create a new location. You can also use this to inspect server-side events that occurred in an existing location

MiX Insight Dashboard
When clicking on a bar on any of the charts on the dashboard to view additional information, the bars on the drill through charts will now be displayed horizontally. The column names have also been truncated to make the widget neater and easier to read. Where relevant, asset labels showing the long asset description have been replaced with the registration number to better display larger sets of data.
Set up your organizational goals to start viewing your event data on the charts in the Dashboard solution.
ELD
The workflow of assigning unidentified hours has been enhanced to allow a user to complete assigning all of the unidentified hours on a vehicle before navigating back to the asset list.

MyMiX
- Russian language support was added to the MyMiX application.
-
When resetting a driver’s MyMiX password, the new temporary password / One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent via text message (SMS) to the driver’s mobile device if a mobile number was provided on the driver details tab. Fleet managers therefore no longer need to manually share this OTP with the drivers.
OTP text messages (SMS notifications) are generated only if the driver’s mobile number has been provided and when:
-
- A new driver is enabled for MyMiX.
- Activating an existing driver for MyMiX.
- A MyMiX driver's password is reset by generating a new temporary password.
- Importing new drivers with MyMiX enabled (bulk driver creation).
- When importing an update to activate existing drivers for MyMiX (bulk MyMiX activation).
-
The driver will receive a text message saying: "Your supervisor at Demo Org has activated you for the MyMiX app. Click to download https://mymix.mixtel.com/start and use temp password 1234."
Please note that sending SMS notifications to drivers will incur SMS provider costs, which has a cost implication for each RSO. Each time the OTP SMS message is generated, it is logged in the SMS billing report that is distributed at the end of each month.
We strongly recommend informing drivers that they need to take action after receiving the text message before the OTP expires.
- Drivers making use of the MyMiX Tracking app will now have the added ability to trigger the final part of the installation and registration (commissioning) process via the app on their mobile devices in case they did not receive the commissioning text message that is sent when activating the user. This commissioning check feature can be accessed by tapping on the Settings menu and choosing the Mobile tracking menu.
Note however that the mobile device user will only be able to trigger the commissioning process if:-
- The device tracking status is disabled.
- Their fleet manager has set up the device correctly in MiX Fleet Manager.
- The start of the commissioning process has been triggered by the sending of the SMS.
-

- Improvements have been made to the MyMiX MiX Vision video labeling, indicating road and in cab videos.
