The Dutch Tax Report displays trip details (including start and end locations, time and distance) for selected drivers and assets in the date range. Additionally, this report provides the Travel Mode (Private or Business) of each trip. Business mode is activated via an event which when selected in page options and it happens in the trip, it will change travel mode to business. All trips are by default Private mode until triggered by the selected event in page options. Only applicable for all trips after the event has been selected and saved.
In order for a trip to be marked as business, it is required that an event is set-up which will conform to the following requirement - event value needs to be greater than 6 during the trip, before business trip will be registered.
