Overview
- Click Measure.
- Under Insights, click Reports.
- Choose Event reports under the report category.
The Terminal Event Report provides detailed information on FM terminal events. The information includes the site, asset, driver, date and time, distance, and duration of the terminal event. Terminal events are related to trip details.

Columns
This report provides a default selection of columns and numerous additional optional columns which can be selected. This allows a user to design the report to include only data important to their operations.
The report displays a Report Criteria summary at the top of the page. This summary will provide the user-visible detail of the selection criteria used in the report.
Default
Even though the Asset (Asset Description) and Driver columns are shown separately from the "default" columns, they are still included by default if not deselected. They can however be deselected and omitted from the report by clicking the X.
- Asset's appointed site.
- Asset description
- Date terminal event occurred
- Driver name
- Time of the event
- Event name - Displays the event description for example “Ignition Off”. The event description is defined when adding an event to the Event Library and can be edited.
- Distance - Events that are configured to record the start odometer and end odometer will have the
distance from the start of the event until the end of the event displayed in this column. - Duration - Events with a detailed or summary recording type will have an event duration
displayed in this column.
Please note that this report will not display any data if the assets are not fitted with terminal devices.
