Asset Performance Summary Report

Overview

  • Click Measure.
  • Under Insights, click Reports.
  • Choose Trip reports under the report category.

The Asset Performance Summary Report provides a clear view on the Fleet Utilization per site depicted as a percentage, listing the number of assets with trip data and the number of assets without trip data

Users

  • Transport/ Fleet Managers
  • Supervisors who need to monitor manage fleet and asset utilization  

Columns

This report provides a default selection of columns and numerous additional optional columns which can be selected. This allows a user to design the report to include only data important to their operations.

Default

Even though the Asset (Asset Description) and Driver columns are shown separately from the "default" columns, they are still included by default, if not deselected. They can however be deselected and omitted from the report by clicking the X.

• Number of Assets with Trip Data - click on the value in the column to drill down to the Asset Performance Detail report.

• Number of Assets without Trip Data - click on the value in the column to drill down to the Asset Performance Detail Report to view further detail per asset.

• Distance No Driver displays the total distance that was traveled where no driver has been identified for the selected time period.

• Days with Trips displays the number of days on which trips occurred for the selected time period.

• % Distance no driver displays the total distance traveled where no driver was identified for the selected period in percentage value.

• Asset Utilization will show your reporting period, e.g. generating a report for the last 7 days compared to days with trips, e.g. 5 days where the asset has been utilized in a percentage value, e.g. 71.43%.
