- Click on the Mobile device settings tab.
- Click the Comms Log button under the Configuration details section.
- The comms log will be displayed in a separate window.
The "Automatically scroll to new items" is enabled by default and ensures that the window remains updated with latest log entry.
The Comms log for the MiX 2000, MiX 4000, and MiX 6000 will include the set odometer and engine hour commands. It is important to note that the odometer and engine hours offset, that is sent to the unit, is displayed in the log and not the value entered on the Set odometer and Set engine hours modal.
Note that the "Configuration accepted" status under the configuration details indicates both the settings file status messages and those of the config file. The config messages are tracked and grouped at the top of the messages. The settings file statuses are shown at the bottom. Therefore if a configuration accepted messages show in the middle of the statuses it because it is grouped with the relevant config statuses. The statuses are therefore not grouped by time stamp but rather by status message types.
