Decommissioned sites are used to group decommissioned assets together. When you create a new organization you have to create a decommissioned site.
- Click Monitor
- Under Fleet Admin, click Organisation groups.
- Click on the add site button:
- Enter the site name.
- Add a note if required.
- Click Save.
Now that the site has been created, you can mark the site as a decommissioned site specifically.
- Click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Organisation settings.
- Click on the Decommissioned sites tab on the left.
- Click on the Select site text link.
- Click on the required site.
- Click Select - the site will now be a decommissioned site.
- You can now select another site if required. Up to five sites can be selected for decommissioning.
- Click Save.
