The functionality is available to apply the pre-defined mobile numbers to any or all vehicles in the fleet when using a Voicekit.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Assets.
- Select the specific asset by clicking the link in the asset description column.
- Click on the Keypad numbers tab. Note that this tab is only available if you have connected a keypad to the CP line in your mobile device template in Config Admin.
- Click on the "Select other assets to cascade these keypad numbers to" link.
- You will see the tiered asset selection tree showing all the groups for the current organisation and the assets within the groups. View these by clicking the + to expand.
- Choose the specific assets by checking the boxes next to the relevant asset name - entire groups and sites can also be selected to aid multi selection of assets.
- Click Save.
If pre-defined mobile numbers were specified in the configuration group, and the preference is for the asset to be configured with the pre-defined numbers from the configuration group then click on "Revert these keypad numbers to those of the configuration group".
