Once a license reminder is created, the system will send a reminder email notification at the reminder period specified. To create licence reminders follow the steps detailed below:
- Click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Assets.
- Select the specific asset by clicking the link in the asset description column.
- Click the Reminders tab.
- Click the Licence tab above (see illustration below).
- Check the box to enable licence reminders.
- Enter the valid from and expiry date by selecting the calendar button.
- Enter the license duration - a default value is specified in the Organisation Settings.
- Enter the reminder period - a default value is specified in the Organisation Settings.
- To send the reminder to anyone other than yourself, click on Select recipients and select the required recipients. You can add a new recipient, by selecting the "click here to add" text.
- Click Save.
