Importing new contacts is a three step process.
Step 1 - Download the corresponding template
- Click Manage.
- Under Contacts, click Manage contacts.
- Click on the Download import template icon
. - Select the Import new records option.
- Click Download.
Step 2 - Edit
- Open the downloaded file - usually named Contacts_date_timestamp.
- Enter the new records as specified.
- Save and close the file.
Step 3 - Upload the File
- Click on the Import Contacts icon
. - Click on choose file.
- Browse to the required file and click Open.
- The result of the import will be displayed, and if the import was successful.
