Resetting a worker allows the MiX Fleet Manager Administrator to login to a worker account with a different device than the one usually associated with the account. Thus resetting a worker will allow you to login using the worker's mobile number. Please note that only 10 days of assigned tasks will be available on the device and any progress made on existing tasks on the mobile device will be lost.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Task Management, click Workers.
- Click on the downward actions arrow located on the right of the worker name.
- Click Reset and force logout.
- Click Reset after reading the warning message.
