- Click Monitor.
- Under Tracking, click Historical tracking.
- Make sure the Assets tab is selected.
- Expand the events on the asset row that you want to view. A camera or video icon in the Events column will indicate if media files are available.
- Keep on expanding the row until you get to the relevant event, then click on the image or video icon to view the media file.
