The MiX Remote DTCO Download Service is a utility that is installed on a PC within an organisation. The download service utility allows the organisation to remotely download files from the DTCO.
Install Download Service
- Click Manage.
- Under DTCO Download Manager, click Settings.
- Click the Download service tab.
- You can select the file naming convention.
- Click Install download service. *Please view initial requirements below
- The file will start to download to the PC.
- Once the file is downloaded, open the file and setup will begin.
- Check the box next to "I agree to the license terms and conditions".
- Click Install.
- Click Close after the installation is completed.
- Find and click on MiX Remote DTCO Download Service app.
- Allow the app to make changes and the PC will now be visible in the columns under the Download service tab.
Columns
- Connection status - shows whether the Host is connected or not connected.
- Version - the version of the utility that is currently installed on the PC.
- Host - the PC on which the utility is installed.
Initial Requirements - downloading the file
You must only download your file to one computer when using the MiX Remote DTCO Download Service as when requesting the file it will only look at new files not existing ones.
Should you use any other method for downloading the files outside of the Download Service Program then these files can be downloaded multiple times. The download service is:
