Comparing the information displayed in MyMiX with the Insight reports in MiX Fleet Manager.
Reports that can be compared
- Daily Movement report
- Daily RAG report
These reports can be compared with the information shown in MyMiX as they use the same logic.
Example: If a driver/asset switched on the ignition and idled on, say, 15 May but only started moving on 16 May (i.e. right after midnight) that trip will be assigned to 16 May and hence the distance values will be associated with 16 May. The above-mentioned reports and the MyMiX app therefore allocates the trip to the day on which movement started and not when the trip/ignition started. This is why the Movement report is referred to as based on movement start.
Please note that the classification of data belongs to the day on which movement start, i.e when speed is more than 5 km/h or 5 mph.
Reports that must not be compared
- Daily Trip Distance report
This report cannot be compared with MyMiX, the Daily Movement report or the Daily RAG report.
Example: If a driver/asset switched on the ignition and idled on 15 May and started moving on 15 May, the trip will be assigned to 15 May and therefore the distance values will also be associated with 15 May. The report therefore allocates the trip to the day on which it started and is why it is referred to as the Trip report based on trip start.
Please note that the classification of data belongs to the day on which the trip started, i.e the ignition was on but there was no movement yet.
