- Tap the menu button at the top.
- Select Tasks.
- You have several filters to view your tasks by, e.g. due today, due this month, due in +- 12 hours, view all overdue, etc. by selecting the filter at the top.
- Drag your screen down to initiate a synchronization with MiX Fleet Manager.
- Tap the actions icon at the end of a task to perform any of these actions:
- Accept the task.
- Decline the task - when you decline the task, the banner colour will change to red. It will still be displayed under outstanding tasks, until you remove it.
- Remove the task - this will remove the task from your mobile device and show as unassigned in MiX Fleet Manager once you have synced your device.
- Navigate to the address on the task.
