- Click Monitor.
- Under Task Management, click Customers.
- Click on the Add customer button located on the right of the screen.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click on Select contact to select contacts from a list.
- If the contact does not exist click on If the contact does not exist - click here to add text under the Contacts heading.
- You can add attachments, e.g. delivery contracts, special delivery instructions, etc. by clicking on the Add attachment button.
- You can add a customer logo or image by clicking on the customer image on the right-hand side and selecting change. Upload an image file that are no more than 10 MB in size.
- Click Save.
- Click on the Locations tab located on the left to add locations relevant to this customer.
