The MiX Fleet Manager user can view the status of the workers' or drivers' mobile devices.
- Click Manage.
- Under Support Tools, click Sync log.
- Use the filters on the left to see all the devices with a successful sync, those awaiting a sync and the ones where synchronization failed.
Request a manual sync of a mobile device
- Click on the action arrow at the end of a worker name and select Sync or Full sync (dependent on permissions).
- Sync - Sends all tasks and customer information waiting on the server to the device and receives all captured data from the device.
- Full Sync - Sends all tasks, customer information, actions, task templates, task template steps and drop down options available on the server to the device and receives all captured data from the device.
Notes:
- View the application version currently on the mobile device in the Version column.
- The Duration(sec) shows the amount of seconds it took for the synchronization to complete.
- Battery % indicates the device's battery level during the sync.
- Max battery % shows the users maximum battery percentage for the day. This updates after each sync.
- View number of tasks and steps not uploaded to the server during a sync in the relevant columns as shown below.
- The number of tasks and step to download during sync shows the administrator how many tasks or steps need to download when the next sync runs.
- Data up (mb) is the estimated amount of data used on the device when the last sync ran (i.e. when the last set of tasks and task steps were uploaded to the server).
- Data down (mb) is the estimated amount of data that was used when the last set of tasks and task steps have been downloaded via a sync.
