Initiate an instant messaging chat with any employee on their mobile device.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Jobs & Messaging, click Instant messaging.
- Search for the driver/worker name in the list by entering text in the Filter box.
- Click the driver/worker name.
- Start typing a message and enter to send.
Undock the messaging screen.
You can open the IM chat window in a separate screen to continue talking to a driver/worker whilst working in other parts of MiX Fleet Manager. Click the icon in the top right corner.
