- Click Monitor.
- Under Jobs & Messaging, click Instant messaging.
- Search for the driver/worker name in the list by entering text in the Filter box.
- Click the driver/worker name.
- Click on the filters in the top right corner to view messages for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days to view all the messages for the specific period.
