As an administrator you can follow these steps to supply a driver or worker with their MyMiX login details from within MiX Fleet Manager:
Note that you need to request your login details from your administrator if you are a mobile app user.
- In MiX Fleet Manager, click Monitor.
- Under Fleet Admin, click Drivers.
- Select the MyMiX enabled filter on the left.
- Filter the results by entering text in the search box above.
- Look for the MyMiX Username column.
- Click the actions arrow at the end of the row.
- Choose Get MyMiX password. Note that this is a temporary password with an expiry date.
The user can use these details to log into MyMiX and set a new permanent password upon login.
