It is possible to enable both the driver scoring and task management modules. If both these modules are enabled in a customer database, the administrator can link the driver and worker to use both these in the MyMiX app.
Scroll to the end of this article for an illustration.
Please note that linking the driver and worker will support customers with a driver-centric approach, where the worker is a person and not an asset.
The driver and worker will henceforward login with the MyMiX driver login username and password to view all the features in the driver performance scoring module as well as the task management module.
Linking is not possible where customers are using a worker as an asset and the worker will have to log into MyMiX using a mobile number and then log out and back in using the MyMiX driver login when viewing the driver performance scoring results.
- Click Monitor.
- Click Workers, under Task Management.
- Find the worker you want to link to a driver.
- Click edit at the end of the row or click on the user name.
- Click Select driver - this will force a logout on the device, which means the user will be logged out of the app on the mobile device.
- Click Yes to continue.
- You can now search for a driver using the filter option.
- Select the driver you want to link - this list displays drivers who are enabled to use MyMiX in the organisation. The default shows that no driver is linked.
- Click Select.
- Please note that a worker will now have to use the MyMiX driver credentials to access the MyMiX app.
The worker and or driver will now be able to login to the MyMiX application with the driver credentials (username and password given when enabling the user for MyMiX). Read this article if you need more info on getting these details to the user.
A driver can be delinked from a worker by following the same process and a different driver can then be linked to the worker.
NOTE: Only drivers that are not linked to a worker will display in the driver selection modal when choosing drivers to link.
