After you have been added as a worker in the MiX Fleet Manager application, you will have been supplied a username and password by your administrator.
Enter the following details on the MyMiX login page to access the Task Management module:
- Username - enter your mobile number.
- Password - enter your mobile number.
- Select the server - this is the environment on which your account has been created and you will have to select the correct server here as your mobile number is linked to the specific environment. If you select the wrong option you will not be able to log in.
Logging in using a QR code
If you're administrator have created QR codes using your mobile number, select the server, tap the QR code button and then scan the code.
This will log you in automatically:
Logging into MyMiX if the driver and worker have been linked and both modules have been enabled.
If your administrator has linked a driver and worker profile in MiX Fleet Manager so that you will henceforth be able to use the driver performance (scoring) module and the task management module in one app, you will no longer log in with your mobile number.
First time log in for MyMiX users using the driver performance and task management modules.
Your administrator will notify you which server you should select on the login page.
You will now use a username supplied by your administrator and you will also be provided with a temporary password generated in MiX Fleet Manager. Upon logon you will be required to enter your own password.
