A driver's RAG score is based on occurrences of Over Speeding, Harsh Acceleration and Harsh Braking averaged over time and distance. (The lowest score is the best.)
RAG simply indicates the Red, Amber, and Green categories that the drivers are assigned to in terms of their driving performance. Green is the goal and the bands are configurable meaning that a user can decide the thresholds for each colour band and make it more stringent as driver scores improve.
Please note: The RAG scoring configuration will be used across all the organisations you have access to.
- Click on Manage.
- Under User Settings, click on User scoring.
- Click on the Tab RAG scoring.
- Specify the values for the amber band - Once you save these numbers, your green band is defined as any score lower than your amber minimum and your red band is any score greater than your amber maximum.
- Check the boxes next to the drivers you want to show and uncheck the boxes for the drivers you do not want to display.
- Click Save - see the demonstration below.
If you want to add additional events to monitor, you can switch over to the custom scoring solution but note that this is only available on an organization level and cannot be set per site or user.
