Default messages are used to save time. If the same type of message is sent to the in-cab communication devices then this message can be created in the default messages function and avoid having to repeatedly type the same message. The default messages apply to both jobs and message
- Click on Monitor
- Under the Jobs & Messaging heading, click on Default options
- Click on Add message
- Enter a subject and body
- Click Save
- Check the box next to the message to select
- Click Save
