As a manager you can add or edit a driver's sub-state from the Log viewer.
- Click Monitor.
- Under Hours of Service, click Log viewer.
- Click the downward arrow next to the relevant sub-status you want to edit. If you want to add a sub-status select the arrow before or after the status you want to add. NOTE : A driver’s automatically recorded driving time cannot be reduced.
- You can now select a new sub-status. The sub-status will respect the HOS duty status and a list of available sub-statuses based on the duty status will be available to choose from.
- Enter a mandatory annotation.
- Click Next.
- Confirm the details on the following screen.
- Click Save.
- Click Confirm.
- You will now see the edited sub-status indicated by an asterisk.
