The service interval is set on distance, duration or/and engine hours. All new assets will default to this interval and reminder period for services.
- Click Manage.
- Under Operations, click Organization settings.
- Click the Asset interval and reminder defaults tab on the left menu.
- Make sure the Default service tab is selected at the top.
- Enter the default settings for the service interval and reminder periods for distance, duration and engine hours. Remember engine hours will only be available if the mobile device is configured to record engine hours.
- Click Save.
