If you are creating a journey and you cannot find the relevant driver in the list when selecting the journey owner, you can check that these are all set up correctly:
- Is your driver linked to the correct site in which you are creating a journey? Remember that Journey Management work on site level. If you are creating journeys on the Florida deliveries site for example, but your worker is in the Texas deliveries site, you will not see him/her in the list of available journey owners.
If the organization is enabled for Task Management and/or Journey Management/Task Management Integration, a valid and unique worker must be enabled for the site and linked to the relevant driver in order for the driver to be available as a journey owner.
- If you are creating a journey using the MyMiX Journeys app or if you want your journey to sync to the MyMiX mobile app make sure that the driver and worker is linked correctly. Click here to learn how to link a driver and worker.
- Make sure that your linked driver and worker is making use of the same mobile phone number and email address.
